Once you submit the form, our office calls you back, usually within 30 minutes during business hours, to confirm a visit time that fits your schedule. Most Carson appointments land within the same week, and same-day openings come up often. Before your technician arrives, it helps to have your fireplace or wood stove clear and reachable, note any smoke, odor, or animal activity you have noticed, and check whether the chimney was swept or inspected in the past year. If a home sale is driving the request, mention it when you call or write it in the form, and we will make sure the right inspection level gets booked from the start.
